I lead with the conviction that a design team's purpose is to create measurable business value. I foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and rigor, where designers are empowered to be strategic partners who connect user needs directly to company goals.

How I Lead Work

I establish clear, repeatable processes that give teams the structure to innovate at scale. This includes frameworks for 0→1 product incubation, strategic roadmapping, large-scale redesigns, and launching net-new initiatives in ambiguous spaces.

A monthly, cross-org prototyping initiative where designers, engineers, and PMs explore 'what if' scenarios. It's a structured time for experimentation that de-risks future bets and surfaces unexpected innovation - testing what's on the horizon and beyond.
